Anime Stars Shell Locations & Relic Guide

Where to find shells in Anime Stars. Each of the four worlds reaches one shell, so this page resolves the route, the matching NPC objective, the stat panel that was actually on screen, and what still needs an in-game check.

Quick Answer

Where to Find Shells in Anime Stars

There are four shells, one per world: Hawk Shell in World 1 Skylands, Burst Shell in World 2 Alien Planet, Ruin Shell in World 3 Desert Village, and War Shell in World 4 Kingdom of Lions. Each world also has one NPC that gives the objective. The World 1 Hawk Shell sits in the dead corner behind the rear castle wall where it meets the cloud edge. The stat panels, rarities, world names and NPC names below were read directly off the game UI; the corner routes and kill objectives come from the same playthrough's narration and are marked separately.

1. Hawk Shell (W1 Skylands)

Dead corner behind the rear castle wall at the cloud edge. NPC: Leopard on the beach.

2. One Shell Per World

Burst Shell (W2 Alien Planet, Kizaru), Ruin Shell (W3 Desert Village, Crocodile), War Shell (W4 Kingdom of Lions, Fujitora).

3. Still Open

Ruin Shell stats, exact kill counts, pickup visuals, and whether the W5 Zenith Relic card label is real.

Shell Locations

Individual Shell Answers

Direct answers to the shell questions players actually search for. Each answer keeps the route, the NPC and the evidence state together so you can act on it and still know which part is confirmed.

Where is the Hawk Shell in Anime Stars?

World 1, Skylands. Follow the main road past the beach and castle, then check the dead corner behind the rear castle outer wall where it meets the cloud edge. The matching NPC is Leopard, on the beach near the parasols.

Where is the Burst Shell in Anime Stars?

World 2, Alien Planet. Pass through the teleport ring, jump the large red mushroom to the high ledge, and check the gap between the giant tree trunk and the cliff wall. The matching NPC is Kizaru.

Where is the Ruin Shell in Anime Stars?

World 3, Desert Village. From spawn, walk to the back of the village and follow the innermost pair of curved mud walls into the narrow dead-end corner. The matching NPC is Crocodile.

Where is the War Shell in Anime Stars?

World 4, Kingdom of Lions. From spawn, head deep into the left-rear alley and check the dark corner between two half-timbered houses and the perimeter wall. The matching NPC is Fujitora.

Where are all the shell locations in Anime Stars?

There are four, one per world: Hawk Shell in World 1 Skylands, Burst Shell in World 2 Alien Planet, Ruin Shell in World 3 Desert Village, and War Shell in World 4 Kingdom of Lions. All four routes on this page end in a corner or pocket that the main path skips, and each world's NPC carries the objective that unlocks that map's shell. Use the cards below for the exact route, NPC and the stat panel that was on screen.

How does the shell objective work in Anime Stars?

The objective comes from the world's NPC rather than from a shop or menu entry: talk to the NPC, meet the kill requirement in that map, then collect the shell from the spot listed for that world. The exact kill counts and the quest-log wording are not shown in the sources reviewed, and the World 3 requirement is the one the reviewed source was unsure about, so read the counter off the objective in-game.

How many shells or relics are in Anime Stars?

A reviewed full playthrough states there are four, one per world, and several independent public video titles advertise "all 4 relic locations". A separate group of short video cards also labels a fifth item, W5 Zenith Relic, which no reviewed playthrough reaches. Treat four as the working number and W5 as unverified.

Is there a Zenith Shell in Anime Stars?

Two reviewed playthroughs disagree, so treat the total as unresolved. The playthrough that shows the shell stat panels reaches four shells, one per world, and never shows a fifth world. A second complete playthrough reviewed on September 30, 2026 (uploaded August 25, 2026) does show a fifth world, Shadow City, where the NPC Lusi asks for a Zenith Shell and the pick-up sits on a rooftop next to a yellow crane; that creator spent over half a minute trying the surrounding walls, trees and double jumps and could not reach it, so no climb route is confirmed. The Zenith name is also asked in English, Portuguese and Thai video results and in a member post on the creator's own Roblox group page about the Shadow City map. Plan trips around the four shells above until a source shows the Zenith pick-up in the live build.

What is the Leopard quest (Trial of the Leopard) in Anime Stars?

Leopard is the World 1 NPC, not a shell. In Skylands, Leopard stands on the beach near the parasols and carries the objective that unlocks the Hawk Shell, so "Leopard quest" and "Trial of the Leopard" point at that objective rather than at a fifth shell. The same one-NPC-per-world pattern continues with Kizaru in Alien Planet (Burst Shell), Crocodile in Desert Village (Ruin Shell) and Fujitora in Kingdom of Lions (War Shell).

What does the Hawk Shell actually give you?

The on-screen panel reads Epic rarity with Crit.Chance +5% and Crit.Damage +20% at level 1, and the item description states 5% Critical Chance and 20% Critical Damage at level 1. A companion video description independently credits the Hawk Shell with critical chance and damage bonuses.

Zenith Relic

Unverified card label

A complete playthrough reviewed on September 30, 2026 (uploaded August 25, 2026) does show a fifth world, Shadow City, where the NPC Lusi asks for the Zenith Shell and the pick-up is a Mythic Relic on a rooftop beside a yellow crane. That creator could not climb to it and stopped there, and the playthrough this page's stat panels come from never reached a fifth world, so the live state is still unresolved.

Relic Essence I

Observed on-screen

On-screen item description: used only to level Relics, dropped by Easy and Medium Island enemies, and also obtained from Island missions, Shinobi Trial, and daily rewards. Shells shown in the same inventory read as level 1/80, 10/80 and 24/80, so the reviewed build displays a level 80 ceiling.

Source Evidence

What Was On Screen, What Was Only Said, and What Is Open

Separating on-screen UI values from narration claims keeps the confirmed numbers usable without treating the routes and objectives as settled.

Shell Stats, Rarities, Worlds and NPCs

Observed On-Screen

A complete playthrough reviewed on September 17, 2026 shows the shell stat panels directly. Hawk Shell (Epic) reads Crit.Chance +5% and Crit.Damage +20% at level 1, Burst Shell (Legendary) reads Atk.Speed +9% and Atk.Damage +9% at level 10, and War Shell (Legendary) reads Power +12% and Atk.Damage +14% at level 24. The same footage shows map names Skylands, Alien Planet, Desert Village and Kingdom of Lions with NPCs Leopard, Kizaru, Crocodile and Fujitora.

Kill Objectives and Hidden Corner Routes

Reported In Narration

The kill targets and the corner routes above come from the video's narration, not from a quest log or on-screen UI. The World 3 objective is explicitly uncertain in the source, where the author first says Ultra Hard enemies and then is unsure whether it is a Hard Boss.

Four Shells vs Five Card Labels

Source Discrepancy

The reviewed playthrough states four shells with one NPC per world and several independent video titles advertise "all 4 relic locations". A second complete playthrough reviewed on September 30, 2026 shows a fifth world, Shadow City, with a Mythic Zenith Shell on a rooftop, but its creator could not reach the pick-up, so the live total is still unresolved.

Pickup State at Each Corner

Cannot Confirm Yet

In the reviewed footage the author's account had already collected the shells, so no chest model, glow, pickup prompt or drop animation is visible at the four corners. Whether an unclaimed corner renders a chest or just an interaction cannot be confirmed from this source.
